G-Money is a mobile money service that enables customers to send money to their friends and family members, pay bills, pay for goods and service, buy airtime, link their bank account and transfer money to any mobile money service.

GCB's G-Money service supports MTN, Vodafone and AirtelTigo networks.

What is the difference between G-Money and GCB Mobile Banking?

As a customer of GCB, you may be asking is this question. Well, G-Money is an electronic wallet where anyone at all can register, it's more like MTN Momo.

But with GCB Mobile Banking you need to have a bank account before you can use the service.

G-Money is for both GCB customers and non-GCB customers.

What is the short code for G-Money?

You can access G-Money from any mobile network, just dial the G-Money short code *422# and select option 2.

How to Register for G-Money

To register, visit any GCB branch or G-Money agent. You will need an active sim card and a valid photo ID card (Voter's ID, National ID, Drivers' Licence, Passport) to register.

What can I use G-Money for?

You can use G-Money to:

1. Send and receive cash anywhere in Ghana

2. Buy airtime and internet bundles

3. Pay bills
