A service worth discovering. A booking journey to match.
KraftGurus offers workshops, lectures and courses in Indian arts. The website needed to introduce these experiences and give customers a way to choose a session, book and pay.
A booking experience built around the service
KraftGurus needed customers to explore its workshops, lectures and courses, then book and pay for a session.
We used WordPress to showcase the experiences. For this project, the standard shopping-cart process didn’t offer the booking journey we wanted, so we connected Calendly for scheduling, Stripe for payments and Microsoft Teams for online delivery.
Each platform had a clear role, allowing us to shape the website around how KraftGurus delivers its services.
