How do you start placing your order via Amazon?

You will need a shipping address (your location), phone number and a debit card to complete this process.

3. After registering, you can go straight to the shop to Add to Cart. You can only select items that ship to Ghana. Amazon displays the item price, shipping & import fees deposit to Ghana. Make sure you check and you are okay with the total price.

4. After that, you can click on the cart and Proceed to checkout.

5. Select your shipping address and place your order. You can place it in US Dollar or Ghana Cedi.

6. You will then receive an email confirming your order.

7. Money from you debit card will be deducted when you items are shipped.

After your order has been successfully placed, visit Amazon.com, click on on menu and select Order to track your order.

Copy the tracking number and visit DHL Ghana's website to track your order.

You can now relax and wait for DHL to call you for the delivery of your items.

My Amazon account got suspended

If you receive a message that your account has been suspended, don't worry. Just visit Amazon.com and try to log in. You will be denied, don't sweat it, just the follow prompts. You will be requested to add your billing address.

Make sure you add a correct billing address. You will be requested to add a supporting document. You can choose not to add any document.

Your account should be reviewed within 24hrs. If your payment card is genuine, your account will be approved and you can to continue with your order.
