What is MTN Shortz

Exciting times we are in. Aren't we? Well, if you haven't heard by now, let me tell you:

MTN Ghana launched a new competition for content creators and aggregators on its platform, MTN Shortz.

What is MTN Shortz?

MTN Shortz is a media platform that hosts content such as creative videos, funny videos, podcasts, games, short films and animations for monetisation.

How do I register to participate in the competition?

Before participating, you have to agree to the terms and conditions at the bottom of the home page of MTN Shortz.

Who is eligible to participate?

All Ghanaian content creators can log on to MTN Shortz website, register and upload their content.

How do I send my content to MTN Shortz Ghana?

Content creators should use WeTransfer or Drop Box to send files to MTN Shortz' email [email protected]

Information to include when participating in MTN Shortz competition

• Full name
• Names of all team members (maximum number of people in a group = 3)
• Phone number
• Participating category e.g. Short Film, Game, Podcast

When can I submit my content?

This competition is open from 8th August to 27th August, 2018

Things you should know about the MTN Shortz Competition

Content creators can upload multiple content to different categories.

Short films, funny videos, animations and podcasts shouldn't exceed 10 minutes.

You will need to accept terms and conditions to participate in the competition.

You will need an MTN MoMo account since that's how cash prizes will be paid.

Several prizes will be awarded. Some of the main awards will be:

• Overall best content
