Follow these simple steps to get your Fidelity Bank Prepaid card.

Get a Fidelity Bank Prepaid MasterCard

1. Visit the nearest Fidelity Bank branch and request for a Prepaid MasterCard

2. You will be given a form to fill out your personal details

3. You will need an ID (Ghana Card (National ID), Passport, Voter's ID etc) to complete the process

4. Enter your name, address, date of birth, phone number and ID card information

5. Sign form and submit to bank personnel

6. You will be required to make a card deposit of GHc 20.00. You can deposit more than that if you want to

1. Visit Fidelity Bank Ghana Prepaid card website at www.fidelitybank.com.gh/

2. Click on sign up

3. Enter a username, your Customer ID number (It's lower bottom at the back of your card)

4. Enter the password to continue process

5. You will be sent a code to confirm sign up

6. Enter code to confirm your account

7. You can change your passcode (PIN) on the online platform (PIN Request)

1. Visit the nearest Fidelity Bank ATM

2. Insert your card and enter your PIN

3. Choose Universal Banking and perform your transaction/s

To reload your card, you can visit any Fidelity Bank branch and deposit cash into account.
